New-part development

A pre-engineering review before the quote, then prototypes or samples, tools, fixtures and gauges built in-house, trials and PPAP, and mass production. Every launch is tracked in an Obeya room with Critical Chain project management.

In-process and final checks

Welding fixtures with sensors, poka-yoke, batch coding and red-bin rejection. Nut detection, force-monitored bush fitting with force graphs, and end-of-line testers. Forged sections crack-checked by magnetic particle inspection.

Measurement and lab

CMMs, a FARO arm with 3D scanner, and universal testing machines. Gauges and checking fixtures are built in-house and calibrated by FARO arm or CMM.
