MIG / CO2 arc welding

Arc welding of brackets, tubes and pressed parts into structural assemblies in dedicated weld jigs.

What the process covers

MIG (metal inert gas) and CO2 welding lay a continuous bead from a fed wire. It suits load-carrying joints on brackets, cross-members and tube assemblies, where a spot weld is not enough.

ENCO’s arc-welding capacity

30 MIG welding robots at Kapriwas, Bhagapura and Dharuhera, each with 2.5 m reach and a 15 kg payload, in fixtures ENCO builds itself.

Where it runs

A part that cracks, a die that wears, a supplier that slips?

Ask an ENCO engineer. You get an answer from a person who runs presses every day, within one working day.
