Welded sub-assemblies

Multi-part assemblies pressed, welded, checked on gauges and delivered ready to fit on the customer's line.

A sub-assembly moves work off the customer’s line and into ENCO’s. The buyer gets one part number, one supplier and one check, instead of managing several child-part suppliers.

Typical assemblies

Rear trailing arms and front control arms with bushes fitted, side impact beam assemblies, hood stay assemblies with bent rod and nylon insert moulding, tyre carriers, and assemblies of more than 10 child parts.

A part that cracks, a die that wears, a supplier that slips?
